Everyone – seemingly including the pilots – must deplane onto the tarmac to be bused to the terminal
Once we got to the terminal, we followed the crowd to the transfers section of the terminal, rather than going to collect our bags at baggage claim. So, we had to exit and work our way back to the baggage claim area. The security guard protecting the exit of baggage claim made sure to thoroughly check our tickets and baggage claim tags to let us back into the baggage claim area.
